Clearview Pioneer 400P is a variant of the Pioneer 400 in that it has a log store which allows logs to be stored under the unit. All the controls and features of the stove are identical to the Pioneer 400. The advantage to this stove is that if it is harder to get up and down to tend to the stove, then the extra height the firebox is up off the hearth the easier it is to work with.
